Blogging For Beginners: Are there certain things I should recommend on my blog so I can make money?

 by Kary Rogney

There are loads and loads of systems, tools, and info products on the Internet that are fantastic and jammed with value. Many of those offer affiliate opportunities to generate income for recommending them to friends or readers on your blog. If you honestly feel that they will help people succeed, then you should promote them.

A display of your ‘Recommended Resources’ is very simple to do and can generate you a nice bit a cash with little effort. This is a powerful way to grow another piece of your income pie and help people in the process with finding products that have worked well for you.

Just like a movie or a good restaurant, people are constantly talking and referring people to stuff all the time. Well, when you have a blog you now own some real estate on the Internet to do the same.

Today’s very short video..

I guaranty that if you find the very best to promote, people will love you and love to buy from you, too.

We will speak again soon my friend.

All the best,

PS Remember to get your blog set up and ordered right away so you too can begin earning some extra income while sharing your passion online…

    Hey Kary,

Love the video and nice way to organize your offerings on your blog real estate! It would be nice to do some type of research on “hiding” vs openly showing ones affiliate offerings to see which is ultimately better…

    Hi Kary,
thanks for this short video. I like it your blog page isn’t saturated with flashy ads so you’re not over-sell to your visitors. Keep up your great work.
    Take care

Short, sweet and to the point. I am also a big fan of the “soft sale” I hate when someone tries to ram something I may not even need, down my throat. Here you are giving interested parties the option of purchasing “if they want” and I think this is really important.

    Great job!

      Hey Jose!

Like you said… “People hate to be sold, but they love to buy!”

      Thanks!

    So great, Kary.

Your whole notion of resource offerings reinforces your entire blogging philosophy: Give people the valuable information, and in this case, valuable products, that they need and they’ll possess the tools they need to succeed.

AND, give it from sincerity and conviction. If your passion is to help people… and I know this pertains to you, Kary! … availing them of quality resources that WILL help them achieve their goals and dreams becomes your responsibility. And one that you always carry out so eloquently and authentically.

Thanks for this great beginner blogging series!

    Thanks Kary,
putting my resources together, I think it is so important to only really promote what you have tried and tested and have success with yourself – come from a place of integrity. Thanks for your short, sweet but very informative posts and videos.

    Kary,
I use the recommend pages of people I trust to discover what tools work well for them. Those resources assist us newer bloggers in our journey online.

When I first started off with this internet marketing stuff I was taught to look for affiliate products based on their popularity status on sites like Clickbank. I have since changed my philosophy and I only actively promote products that I use myself. Not only do I feel better about what I am promoting but I also make more sales.
