Thanks for the video training.  Learned an interesting application from you of displaying an individuals profile.  Have been doing this for some time, but never took it far enough. . .using it to tap into the pattern of conversation.  What a great idea!

Also discovered the &quot;shorten tweet&quot; button when you hit the RT icon (you&#039;ll find five icons to the right of the &quot;shorten URL&quot; space at the top of the page.  The middle icon (3rd button) automatically shortens the RT message to 140 characters.  Very useful!
