Yes, There Is More Than One Way…

We’re going to be talking about 3 different ways to achieve success in Network Marketing.

We believe that everybody is different and that each person has a different personality to do things, including business.

By the way, we are Ramon & Salendra and we’re excited to be sharing this with you!

Success in Network Marketing = Success in Sports?

You might be wondering why we say that success in Network Marketing is like success in sports….

Well, I (Ramon) had played basketball for a looong time so I understand team work, skills and roles in the game.

If you ever watched some sort of game like football, basketball, soccer, etc, you might have realized that NOT every single player does the same thing, right?
I mean… What a chaos would that be! Imagine every single player in basketball trying to organize the team, imagine everybody guarding the same player, imagine everybody playing in the same position!

This actually happens in games and the teams that do this are not very successful.

So what happens when you join a company (a team) and they tell you to do ONLY THIS because that’s what’s working for them? Most of the cases people don’t achieve success even if they do “what works for them”… You know why?

Let us show you a practical example.

This guy right here is a LEGEND in the NBA. His name is Shaquille O’Neal…

This guy didn’t know how to shoot, he didn’t know how to organize the game, he didn’t know how to dribble, however  he was the player with most dominance in the history of NBA.

He is bigger than anybody else, and stronger than anybody else, so he didn’t need those kinds of skills I talked about…

Now imagine this guy right here (called Michael Jordan) starts talking with him and tells him:

Imagine Shaquille O’Neal (who is 7 foot 1) and around 325 lb. starts listening to Jordan and starts TRYING to play like him…

Do you think O’Neal would have been very successful with that way of playing?

Are you a in this situation?

Today we want to open your mind.

Today we want to make you see that talking with friends and family DOES work.

Today we want to make you see that marketing your business online DOES work.

Today we want to make you see that adding friends on Facebook DOES work.

But you have to decide which is the best way for YOU to achieve success in Network Marketing.

So let’s get into it!

1) Straight Forward Way to Achieve Success in Network Marketing

We’re not gonna lie to you. This way has a bad reputation, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.

Salendra and I don’t like this way to do business because it is not compatible with OUR personality and OUR dreams and goals, but we’re open minded and we see many people being successful in Network Marketing by doing this, so it clearly WORKS.

This straight forward way to achieve success in Network Marketing is the one hated by Internet entrepreneurs, which is the way where you talk directly with people either on the phone, or face to face either by making honest appointments, or by inviting them to have a party at your home, and then show them the DVD of the company by surprise.

These strategies WORK for some people, so we can’t deny the fact that these kind of strategies are effective… If you have the right personality for them.

You can’t ask a quarter-back to run and do touch-downs, if you know what I mean…

2) Chatting and Talking With People In Social Media

Salendra and I have a whole FREE interview with a big authority in the industry that teaches this strategy (Among others).

This strategy is about adding friends and joining groups and fanpages to be in contact with people consistently and building relationships with them.

When you start talking with them, show genuine interest and ask them questions about their interests, their passions, their current economical situation… And IF you think that your opportunity would be a good fit for that person, invite them to a presentation or web cast letting them know that it will solve their current problem.

You need to be patient with this strategy.

You are going to find people who only pitch their opportunity and will throw it in your face like if you care… Just ignore those people and keep talking with people and finding out FIRST if your opportunity could save their situation.

3) Being an Authority On Success in Network Marketing

Ok… This is the most attractive one, isn’t it?

Being an authority in MLM, people following you, running after you with their credit cards in hand… Beautiful, isn’t it?

We told you in the beginning of this post that we were going to be open minded…

So this is possible.  Actually, it happens all the time.

Big “Gurus” making millions of dollars in launches.  This happens really often in the Internet… So if somebody tells you that this is not possible and that this is a scam, think twice before believing them.

Now… This is not easy, as many will make you believe. But it is SIMPLE, if you know the steps to position yourself as an authority on the Internet.

So here are the simple steps (but not easy) you must take if you want to have traffic coming into your websites and offers CONSISTENTLY:

  • Find a profitable company that has demand:  We’re tired of hearing all the companies saying that they’re the fastest growing company in history. We hear that all the time from all kind of companies. One advice:  Do NOT believe them.  We like to find FACTS about MLM at BusinessForHome.org.  Here you can learn what are the fastest growing companies and the ones with more demand.  Why is this step so important?  Well, one of the principles of economy is ‘demand’.  If there is not demand, there’s no business. So obviously, if you have a product or you’re in a company that has lot of demand that’s a GOOD thing.You also can find what people are actively searching for in a regular basis with the FREE Google Keyword Tool.

 

  • Create a FREE gift of high quality:  This can be a report, an interview with a top producer in MLM, an audio training, a series of videos… Anything! Try to talk about how to achieve success in Network Marketing or something like that. It doesn’t matter if you’re not still successful. If you’re doing an interview, the interviewer is the one who is teaching how to be successful! So interview somebody who is already successful! lol.Give it for free in exchange to their email address so you can keep sending them more cool free stuff.REMEMBER: If you want people to come back to you, give them QUALITY! Do you come back to people who give you crap? Even if it’s free?  Think about it.

 

  • Build a Website With Free Content and a squeeze page giving the gift: This will be like your home or office on the Internet whose mission is to attract people to YOU and your list/offers. Publish posts and pages with keywords that people are searching online so your website can rank high for those terms and be found by people who are looking for information you have!Give them free content with QUALITY again, so they join your list… If you don’t give them quality, they won’t join your list. GUARANTEED!

 

  •  Create a newsletter with emails of QUALITY: This needs to have quality as well. EVERYTHING! lol. The first email should contain a link to the gift and a message from you telling them they’re going to receive more emails from you so they don’t get freaked out when they see emails from you coming in :) .  Then send them another email with free content, and then send emails every 2 or 3 days.Every email you send with free content should have an offer to an affiliate product or your own product. It’s like a commercial in a cool TV show like Friends. You want to make money, right?And then you can send them hard sell emails once in a while to make big bucks, but don’t abuse these kind of emails!We use and recommend Traffic Wave for the auto responder to do all this for many reasons.   • Drive traffic to your squeeze page: If you target the right keywords, you will have traffic coming in automatically to your website. So you should drive traffic from your website/blog to your squeeze page, where you give away your gift in exchange to their email address.Google and search engines are great to get TONS of traffic on autopilot, but there are more sources of traffic.Our favorite ones are press releases and YouTube. Plus you get link juice from press releases and YouTube, which help you rank higher in search engines as well!

How To Manifest Your Dreams In The New Year

It’s vitally important to not skip over personal growth and leadership development when wanting to become a successful entrepreneur and blogger. And clearly, it is the underlying foundation necessary to advance in this industry.

You must know in your core belief about yourself that you bring value to the world. Having that confidence (along with your personal faith in a higher power, for me it’s Jesus Christ) is the ‘rock’ you will cling to as you learn and grow and begin to lead and influence others.

Maintain your focus and self-discipline. By committing to your goals, vision, and direction you want to take, you will lead others by example and people will know you are also committed to their success for the long haul.

Embrace challenges. Expect challenges. Remember, leaders confront their fears and conquer them and when challenges are over-come, confidence grows. If you’re not ‘growing’… you’re dying.

Blogging For Beginners: “What is the best way to set up my blog for people to contact me about my products and services? “

This is one part of blogging that you’d think is a ‘no-brainer’… but believe it or not I’ve actually been to some blogs where I couldn’t find a phone number or even a way to send a message to the blogger??!! Weird…

Isn’t the goal of having a blog to attract and have people contact you to join your business or to buy your products or services? How in the world are people suppose to ask you questions or get more info if you don’t make it overly simple and obvious to do so?

You can decide for yourself if you want to give out your phone number or not. I do and have had people be shocked when they reached me at my home number and not reach a recording or something.

My goal is to talk to as many people as possible. I don’t buy leads, so the next best thing is to have people call me, right? Well, that will only happen if you don’t scare or chase people away by selling your potions, pills, or lotions in their face.

By making it easy and by having attractive or magnetic content on your blog you truly have the opportunity to be a top producer for whatever you decide to market on your blog. I have been month after month for my main business opportunity and most people contact me through my blog for more info or just message me that they’re ready to get started. Pretty simple in my book as long as you give them a simple way to do so.

Don’t over look this basic and important component to your blog.

PS Being easily accessible is really important, and having a place like a blog as your hub of all your online activity is crucial. As more traffic flows to you and the more you give in value with your content, there is no way around not attracting people who will want to join you in business.

“2 in 72: Speed, Momentum, Success…” Simple Ideas Can Have Profound Results With Network Marketing

This is going to be a simple, short, and meaty post that if put to action will have a profound influence over your network marketing business, finances, and the rest of your life.

For some reason the other morning “2 in 72” kept popping into my mind. I had seen a title to a video e-mail come through my in box several times that I had put on the ‘back burner’ and actually never watched. Now the title kept chiming in my ears… “2 in 72, 2 in 72…”

I have to be honest in that I’m not completely sure what that message contained, but I fabricated my own assumptions based on my experience and success with network marketing.

In a nut shell, it has to do with finding two business partners in your first 72 hours of joining a network marketing company and helping them do the same. You may be thinking, so what, who cares, what’s the big deal. Keep reading and I show you what it potentially could mean for you and your organization’s success.

Believe it or not between 5-15% will be ready to say “yes” if you invite them to look at your product or service the correct way. (Get this skill right away! I can show you how below.)

Does the company you’re promoting make this easy or hard? You’ll have to evaluate that for yourself.

This works for MLM, generating your own affiliate sales for your products, the membership sites you own, even growing a club, organization, or church congregation. It’s weird that way but true…

There Are Immediate Benefits:

  • Fast start for everyone.
  • It can be duplicated.
  • It’s simple.
  • It’s easy.
  • It gets people into significant money right away.
  • Everyone knows 25-30 people who could immediately benefit from your product or service to call right out of the gate.
  • There are incentives usually attached to having a fast start.
  • And most companies will show you a lot of recognition for achieving promotions quickly.

Choosing Your (2) Partners:

  • [Attributes] Action takers who are motivated, have a positive attitude, influential, entrepreneurial, energetic, have aspirations…etc
  • Get a commitment! Posture yourself and don’t work with people who are not 100% committed.
  • Are they willing to focus their energy for the next 72 hours/3 days to sign up their 2 people with your help?
  • Ask them why they want to do this…
  • What are they willing to do or commit to for the next 72 hours? (They’ll look to you to see what you’ve done or are doing.)
  • Once you help them get their two, do it again (rinse and repeat)!

Think about your marketing plan. Is it a binary or unilateral? Choose a cost of one of your company’s basic packs and estimate your team’s monthly volume. What would your check look like? Shocking isn’t it? Exciting, is the word that comes to my mind!

  • What kinds of incentives could you or your team earn?
  • What would be your income at the end of 30 days with that many people on your team?
  • What could you do with that kind of financial freedom?
  • Who could you help?
  • What charities would you support?

These are the kinds of questions that excite me and should excite you too!

Use Your Secret 72 Hour Power Source To Win Now!

When we talk with someone, we all have an innate ability to sense the other person’s belief level in what we are talking about. Have you ever noticed that ability in yourself?

In business, it is your belief level that will be a major deciding factor in your success.

If there is fear or hesitation it is because what you are doing or saying doesn’t match what you truly believe.

Have you ever been pitched to and even thought the product/opportunity/service was good, you just weren’t convinced? Think back to that moment.

The reason you weren’t convinced was because they didn’t believe it! They didn’t believe it and that feeling was transferred to you. And you could tell.

With that in mind, consider that right now, in the first 72 hours of joining, your excitement and belief are sky-high. It is a sense of utter belief in what you are doing and an anticipation of what’s possible and that is very, very powerful.

And that is why you must take action NOW.

Making a List (with a twist)

Most online marketers are fond of telling us that making a list of friends and family doesn’t work.

My 20+ years experience in the Network Marketing industry says that making a list is an essential first step for success in Network Marketing whether you’re building online or offline. The key to success is not the list itself, but how you use it. And therein lays the secret for jump-starting your business and achieving success fast.

When you build your list, you must approach it like a gold prospector. Your list isn’t the gold. It’s the ground in which you prospect for gold. You need to sift through it to find your golden nuggets.

Finding Gold

Now you have your list, it’s time to find your gold. Remember (especially at this stage) you don’t want to just ‘get people in’.  You are only looking to enroll two key people in 72 hours… Two golden nuggets.

So from your list, if you could, who would you choose to have on your team?

It is important that you don’t just list people who say ‘yes’ to everything and then do nothing. You want good people. You want action takers!

Items that hold people back from talking to the people on their list…

  • Fear
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Lack of taking action
  • Lack of skill/knowledge on what to say to potential partners
  • Lack of confidence in self and/or product
  • Lack of leadership/support
  • Poor marketing offer or message from company. Not compelling.
  • Laziness
  • Lack of vision
  • Lack of intention
  • No “Why” or verbalized reason for doing this venture.
  • Negative self-talk, “I don’t know anyone…My friends don’t have any money…”

Time to squash these beliefs! These are lies from the pit of hell!

Blogging For Beginners: “How Can Tribe Syndication Bring Traffic And Social Credibility To My Blog?”

One of the most creative and most effective marketing strategies I ever did was to create a graphic ‘blog roll’ page on my blog called ‘My Tribe.’

This page alone has had thousands and thousands of views and has helped bridge new blogging alliances for content/tribe syndication right from the beginning. Because I went out there and made the first move to promote others, many of these bloggers were willing to return the favor and also gladly promote my content all over the social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.

This in turn has brought me over +59,796 page views in the first twelve months of my blog. I never could have done that without my tribe syndication network. I highly recommend doing this right away even if you don’t intimately know that blogger. It sure is a great foot in the door to open up that relationship for further joint ventures as well.

Don’t forget to get out on their blogs and comment, retweet, and interact with them, too. It’s natural for many of them to feel compelled to reciprocate those actions. It’s so simple and yet VERY wise to put this plan into action.

The idea of forming tribes around social media and blogs is catching on and for good reason. I’m sure you’ve heard about forming tribes for content syndication. If you have not… the idea is you network with a few people to promote each others content. There are many benefits around tribes and rapid exposure is just the start. But before we get into that I want to share a story of how this tribe was founded.

Earlier this last summer I finally came to the realization that I was going to start a blog. I had put off this concept for over 3 years. Many people would tell me to “Just start one.” “You need a blog to get your message out there.” “There’s a lot of money to be made by blogging.” All good points but I had my doubts.

Could I create a blog and provide enough content to keep readers coming back? How often do I need to keep feeding this blog thing? Do I need a technical degree to set it up? And the biggest question we all face is… How do I get traffic? So many questions… but I finally took the plunge and got a blog started with the help of a few friends.

As I was looking around at many different blogs I realized that some were just empty. There was no life, no energy… no community. I knew that I would face the same issues. How to get traffic? So I figured that if I had these questions, others did as well.

So I reached out to several people and proposed a blogging alliance. I was looking to create a mastermind group of a few people who would comment on each others blog and “buzz” each others content. Social Tribes for content syndication was born.

It was not hard to find a few people who caught the vision and wanted to play ball. They are all over the social media sites. Most of them are busy promoting their own content. However there are a few who seem to be climbing the social sites faster than others.

As I mentioned earlier this concept was the main goal at the time. Since then we have realized that there are many benefits to having a mastermind group that is focused on helping each other. And many incredible opportunities and joint ventures have sprung from our alliance.

There are 5 of us now in our blogging alliance. We all have different skills and talents. By pulling these resources together we have a long term vision to support and teach people the power behind content/tribe syndication and social media.

Results…

Within 12 months I had over 807 subscribers, had two dozen new business partners (savvy Internet marketers, too), earned a Black BMW Car Bonus with my company,  have made thousands in bonuses and commissions, have had people calling and paying me for personal mentoring, was asked by the president of a network marketing company to lead all social media training for the entire company, and much more!

This has all happened… not because I’m anything special… because I took MASSIVE ACTION on the activities that my coaches told me to do!

I can’t imagine marketing online without a TRIBE by my side and without them watching my back.

“Take 5 With The Tribe” Face To Face With Faith Barnard…

Have you had the fantastic opportunity to come “Face To Face” with people that you’ve met online that live out or your region or country? I’ve had several occasions this year where I’ve been able to spend some REAL QUALITY TIME connecting offline in San Diego, Las Vegas, and now MY BACK YARD! I love what has been evolving within my virtual world of online relationships.

The idea of forming tribes around social media and blogs is catching on and for good reason. I’m sure you’ve heard about forming tribes for content syndication. If you have not… the idea is you network with a few people to promote each others content. There are many benefits around tribes and rapid exposure is just the start. But before we get into that I want to share a story of how this tribe was founded.

Creating A Blog That Is Ready To Syndicate

Frustrated…

All I know is that just 4 months ago I was out there doing all of my marketing on my own. I was meeting a few people and learning a few strategies, but, I had mo partnerships and was making very little money online. I made a few affiliate sales here and there, but that was it for my online income.

Something had to change…

So it was in April when I saw Katie Freiling launch her blog and knew that I need to do the same thing.

The problem was, I couldn’t figure out how she did it! She was getting leads, getting business partners, and making $$$!

I started talking to blog designers and got quotes of thousands of dollars… I was really frustrated!

Plus, I didn’t know how I’d get traffic there. I saw most people just spamming their links to try to get people to go to their company sites and capture pages… I knew that I wanted to do it differently to build my online business.

Solved…

So I decided to get some exclusive mentoring from Jonathan Budd and Katie Freiling on blogging and social media marketing!

BTW Katie was getting 400-500 veiws of her blog each day at that time. Think how much that would’ve cost to do that with Pay-Per-Click… that would have cost a fortune. She was doing it all for FREE!

Within weeks I had my blog set up, had plan, and was quickly seeing results with visitors, traffic, and new Tribe partnerships. That’s when we began to put our Tribe Syndication partnership together and learn how to drive traffic to our sites using social media.

Results…

Within 4 months I had over 400 subscribers, had a dozen new business partners (savvy Internet marketers, too), have made thousands in bonuses and commissions, have had people calling and paying me for personal mentoring, and much more!

This has all happened… not because I’m anything special… it’s because I took MASSIVE ACTION on the activities that my coaches told me to do!

Their training was A HUGE BREAKTHROUGH for me!

Content Creation For Powerful Messages

Tribe Syndication is an incredible way to grow your business or promote a cause.

Without good quality content it’s difficult to attract top notch people to network with.

One of the best ways to make your blog stand out is to put yourself in your readers shoes. Who is your reader? What is your reader wanting to read? What do they NEED to read?

Before you figure out who your reader is, you need to really define your niche? You may not have a niche yet. You might have a niche, but really need to define it and hone in on it. What is your voice to the world?

I was listening to Brian Tracy the other day. He was talking about how successful people are able to focus on the things that they don’t want to do, so they can enjoy the things that they do want to do.

I agree with that. However, if you pick the right niche you can have your cake and eat it too. If you want to make money blogging, it’s best to choose a niche that you enjoy speaking about.

Let me explain this technique to you really quick because it’s very powerful if you use it correctly!

In Facebook we all have the ability to make categories for our friends. My “friends” on Facebook consist of a few different types of people.

1. My Family

2. My Personal Friends

3. My Business Partners

4. My Tribe Members

5. New People I Meet On Facebook

Out of all of these people the most important to me from a Social Media standpoint is number 5. Why? Because my family and personal friends are not looking to join a business or do a joint venture with me. That’s old school marketing and to me is a big waste of time.

I stay in touch with my business partners and my Tribe on a regular basis, so I know what’s going on with them.

However, the new people I meet on Facebook have potential to partner or JV with me at some point in the future. I just need to find out where they stand. So all of these people I put in a category called internet marketing (you can name it however you want. That’s just what I call it.) So in a sense this is my sales funnel. Since I’m all over Facebook 99% of the time these people that want to be my friend or accept my friend request are in some kind of home based business, online marketing, or just an aspiring entrepreneur.

So because I have categorized these people as having potential I can now go through this list in an orderly fashion and start to build a rapport with each of these people to see what they’re all about.

So if you’re having problems getting traffic to your website or your blog you can find an endless amount of traffic just by going to Facebook and talking to people and properly categorizing them while you work THAT sales funnel. From there lead them to your website or blog. Ask them to just check it out and to tell you their opinion of it.

You will get WAY farther doing this than just going on Facebook and SPAMMING people to check out your latest opportunity. Many people forget the SOCIAL part of Social Media. There has to be some kind of interaction between both parties or else it’s just media…or what I like to call SPAM!

It’s a simple technique but overlooked by many!
